0.10.0 - Queue Position and New default sampler

The new version adds a bit more information while you’re waiting for your request. First of all, you’ll always be seeing your queue position. If the request seems to be taking too long, you will see a warning notice with instruction on how to join the queue yourself.

I’ve also changed the default sampler to something that is good for most people but also quite faster, so it will help the workers clear the queue better when people just use the defaults.
